Nexus Guest (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides a Guest Intelligence Platform to hotels and hospitality businesses.
2. Website Use
You may use our website for lawful purposes only.
You may not attempt to interfere with the website’s security or proper functioning.
Content on the site is provided for general information only and may change without notice.
3. Platform Use (Hotels & Customers)
Access to the Nexus Guest platform requires an active account.
Customers are responsible for keeping login details secure.
Customers must ensure they have the right to share guest data with us and remain responsible for compliance with applicable laws (e.g., GDPR).
We act as a Data Processor when handling guest data on behalf of our customers.
4. Subscriptions, Fees, and Cancellations
Some Services require a paid subscription. Prices and billing terms are displayed at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions are billed in advance (monthly or annually) and automatically renew unless cancelled
Customers may cancel at any time; access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
We reserve the right to update subscription fees with reasonable prior notice.
Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable.
Exceptions may apply where required by law, or in cases of service failure directly attributable to us.
If a free trial is offered, charges begin only after the trial period ends.
Refund requests should be made in writing to sales@nexusguest.com and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and software associated with Nexus Guest remain our property or our licensors’. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of the Services without our written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
We aim to provide reliable Services but do not guarantee they will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if these Terms are breached.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
