Bookings should protect walk-in trade, not replace it
Most pubs are walk-in led, and that is exactly how guests like it. The problem is missed calls, uncertainty on busy nights, and no-shows when you do take bookings. Nexus Guest lets you take the right bookings, on your terms, while still keeping walk-ins central.
93% booked online recently

Frequently asked questions
Do bookings replace walk-ins?
No. Nexus Guest is designed for walk-in led pubs. You choose how many tables you allocate to bookings, and when.
We use a diary and phone calls today. Why change?
A diary works, but it does not capture missed calls, it is harder to keep consistent across staff, and it does not build a customer base. Online booking reduces admin and keeps everything in one place.
Can we still take bookings by phone?
Yes. You can add phone bookings manually so the diary is always accurate.
Can we control availability and protect walk-in capacity?
Yes. Set rules like party size limits, lead time, time windows, and a cap on how many bookings you accept per slot.
What about no-shows?
Guests receive confirmations and reminders. You can also set simple policies that suit your venue.
How does data capture work?
With consent, bookings capture guest details so you can recognise repeat customers and use Offers and Messaging to invite them back midweek.
Can we start small and expand later?
Yes. You can start with bookings only, then add Offers and Messaging, Loyalty, Reviews, or Gift Cards when you are ready.
