When a customer photographs their receipt, our AI reads the details, verifies the spend amount and checks for anything unusual. Invalid or duplicate receipts are flagged automatically before any reward is issued.

Can we control what spend counts towards rewards?

Yes. You set the earning and redemption rules to match your venue. Alcohol exclusion is configured based on your location and can be adjusted at any time.

How do customers redeem their rewards?

Redemptions are handled by the customer on their phone. Your staff will then see it appear on the Nexus Guest device.

How do you prevent fake or abused receipts?

Our validation checks flag duplicate uploads, mismatched amounts and unusual patterns automatically. You can also review and adjust the sensitivity of those checks at any time.
