What if a customer loses their digital card?

The code is stored and can be resent in seconds. No reprint needed, no awkward conversation at the bar.

Do we need any new hardware to accept them?

No. Staff check the code on any device that can access the Nexus Guest dashboard. Nothing changes at the till.

Do I need to change my POS or current systems?

No. Nexus Guest works alongside whatever you already use. No integrations, no POS changes, nothing to replace.

Can we sell gift cards online if we don't have a website?

Yes. We'll provide a link you can add to any website, social profile or Google Business listing.

Can customers use a gift card more than once if there's a remaining balance?

Yes. The dashboard tracks the outstanding balance automatically so partial redemptions are handled cleanly.

What denominations can we offer?

You set the denominations: fixed amounts, custom amounts or both. Whatever works for your venue.

Can gift card customers be added to our loyalty programme?

Yes. A customer who redeems a gift card is added to your guest database automatically and can be enrolled in loyalty and messaging from that point.
